Customized service

At Cerme ICT Bv, we understand the importance of keeping your business running. Breakdowns or other causes that threaten the progress of your sales must be addressed quickly. That's why we offer service contracts, so you or your employees get fast and proper support. Our service contracts are available in three levels: Basic, All-in Basic and All-in Plus. With the Basic level, you have access to phone or remote service, where our technicians will help you remotely troubleshoot problems. With the All-in Basic level, you benefit from the same telephone and remote service, but we also offer on-site support. Our technicians are ready to come to your facility and fix any problems on-site. For the ultimate peace of mind, in addition to remote and on-site service, our All-in-Plus level offers replacement equipment. Should a hardware problem occur, we will make sure you are back up and running quickly.
